Hello,
I use pureref on xubuntu 16.04 and it always start on top of taskbar, each time I need to change the settings, and CTRL+F 2 times to have pureref on fullscreen with my taskbar on top.
The other settings are saved but not this option.
Can I do something about it?

There seems to have been a bug in the current version of PureRef 1.7.1 that would not save that particular setting between restarts. This has been fixed in the upcoming version 1.8.0 which is due for release any day now.
Try it out when it is released and let us know if the issue persists.
