Reading this caught my attention big time even tho I don't understand exactly what you need to do. What you are asking is quite crazy, to be honest. Why would you need PureRef to open as VST in FL Studio? What do you use the mood board for making music realtime?
I do get a lot of PDF briefings and mood boards. I think having a direct conversion to images by simply dragging a pdf onto Pureref would be a dream come true.

I should be missing something as I think this is a must-have feature and I couldn't find it in settings... A simple shortcut to display image names simply by hovering over them. I use the tool to organize a lot of renders of the same item with different lightings etc and I can't find a proper way to know the images name.

It would be great to have animation references in GIF format. :) Maybe they could run on mouse over or by holding LMB so it doesn't overload the CPU trying to run lots of them.
