Thank you for the report! Sorry to hear it is not working for you. Could you provide some more info on your setup? Like which operating system you're using and version, and version of PureRef? Are you using "Always on top" or "Always on top of..."?
Thank you for updating the link, unfortunately we're sorry to report that we didn't manage to recover anything from the file. Do you have any idea on what might have happened for the file to become corrupt?
Since you're using Drive to share the file we just wanted to remind that Drive usually keeps backups for the last 30 days, so if you had the scene in Drive there might be old
Thank you for giving it a try! We can indeed see that some formats are missing the transformation when there's no profile set and we'll try to get it fixed for the next version. Did you try any other formats than PNG?
We haven't tested this so it is possible there's a bug here unfortunately. Would you mind describing a bit how to setup your input environment so that we can give it a try? If there's any instructions somewhere you can link to that would be very helpful.
It seems the system fonts are not found for some reason, we'll look into this issue as well.
Which version of PureRef and which operating system are you using? If it is Windows, the default browse path might be "C:\Program Files\PureRef" but you're usually not allowed to save there, so if you ever changed it PureRef would remember the change.
Thank you for the report! There's still going to be files in the temporary directory, specifically a copy of the currently opened scene. The cache that is not created by "In memory" is a folder containing the name "_imagecache", do you still see that one even with "Performance mode: In memory"?
Sorry to hear that your scene got corrupted. We can take a look at the file but can unfortunately not promise that we can do anything. Which version of PureRef are you using?
The link you provided requires permission to access so we can't see the file, maybe you can update the sharing settings?
We always recommend keeping backups of your important files as bugs and drive failures are al
Thank you for the suggestion! Maybe the "Ungroup" command could be updated to do this and not only work on groups, we'll make a note and see what we can do in future versions.
We've just released a beta version of PureRef 2.1.0 where we removed the copy & paste auto parenting in favor of adding a Duplicate command that retains parents, in case you want to give it a try.
Thank you for the detailed report! All that should be completely handled by Qt so we checked their bug tracker and found this one which might be related, we'll try to cherry pick the fix and see if that helps when we find time.
Unfortunately we use X11 directly in a few places to support the different non-standard windowing features (always on top of... and system global shortcuts) so it i
Thank you for the report! Which version of PureRef are you using? Could you try the just released beta of PureRef 2.1.0 to see if it works better there?
Sorry to hear that you lost your work. We're not sure what might have gone wrong for you and there's not that much to go on. The auto saves are stored in temp, so it is possible that Windows cleared some of it during the restart? Did you get the option to restore both files and one was just empty or just one?

1. We've just released a beta version of PureRef 2.1.0 which includes a new image management tool that you can use to edit the embedded state of images, read more here. Please give it a try and let us know if it helps!
2. There's no utility to copy multiple at the same time, but you can use the Coordinate picker to see and copy sources for single images. You can also see sources in th
Thank you for the suggestion! There's a shortcut called Neighbor snapped move that is by default bound to Shift+Space that you can re-bind to shift move if you would like.
And as we said in your other post as well we've just released a beta version of PureRef 2.1.0 which includes a grid with snapping support.
Thank you for the suggestion! Have you tried using the align shortcuts? Ctrl+Arrow will push the selected images in that direction.
We've also just released a beta version of PureRef 2.1.0 which includes an optional grid with snapping that could help with alignment as well in case you want to give it a try!
Thank you for the suggestion! We'll see what we can do for future versions. Until then it should be possible to configure your system to start PureRef on startup, depending on which operating system you're using.
Thank you for the support! Unfortunately, since our licenses are honor based, all you can do is to let them know that they can not use it anymore, after that it should be up to them to acquire licenses if needed. We've opted for honor based licenses as we believe in peoples honesty, but we understand that it can be a bit of a hassle when there's no administrative tools.
Thank you for the suggestion! There's functionality to change this behavior on a per-group basis using the "Lock group" toggle button in the group toolbar. Have you tried this? The last selected lock state should be saved as you create new groups.
We know that there's different use cases where one or the other navigation method is preferred, so we opted to have it configurab
Which browser are you using? Unfortunately we're a bit at the mercy of the information provided in the drop data from the application that you drop from, so if there was a change on their side we might not be able to get the data... If you have time you can also try with another browser to see if it helps.
Thanks for the suggestion! You can do this using the note feature; create a note, insert a link, and paste the path of the pdf, or browse to it. Ctrl+click on the link should then open the pdf. Is that sufficient for your use case?
Thank you for the suggestion! Do you mean that you use it as a substitute for a lasso crop feature? This is not currently something on our to do list but we'll make a note that it is something that you would like to see in future versions.
Thank you for the suggestion! Which operating system are you using? We've not really found the need for an in app screenshot feature since most platforms have such utilities built in, like the snipping tool in Windows.
We've just released a beta version of PureRef 2.1.0 which includes a first iteration of translations for some common languages. Since this is a beta version we would love to hear if you have any opinions on the translations so that we can improve them over time!
