Hi!
I often use PureRef to take notes — it's really an amazing tool.
However, one of my files recently got corrupted.
I couldn't find any backups, and forced recovery attempts have failed as well.
It says: Recover failed.
Failed to recover data from F:/xxxx.pur.
Couldn't find anything to recover.
I'm not sure what to do anymore...I really hope to get your help

Sorry to hear that your scene got corrupted. We can take a look at the file but can unfortunately not promise that we can do anything. Which version of PureRef are you using?

The link you provided requires permission to access so we can't see the file, maybe you can update the sharing settings?

We always recommend keeping backups of your important files as bugs and drive failures are always a risk, but it is of course easy to say after the fact.

Thank you for updating the link, unfortunately we're sorry to report that we didn't manage to recover anything from the file. Do you have any idea on what might have happened for the file to become corrupt?

Since you're using Drive to share the file we just wanted to remind that Drive usually keeps backups for the last 30 days, so if you had the scene in Drive there might be old versions you can go back to in there.
