I dragged the top and the bottom edges to the maximum (not the toggle form) and now I can't resize them. The cursor doesn't change to arrow when it goes to the top and bottom edges too(the right and left edges work normally even they reach the maximum). What can I do to resize the top and bottom edges of the window? I tried deleting and downloading PureRef again and the window stayed touching the top and bottom edges so it couldn't solve the problem.
