Windows decided to reboot my machine for an update and I had two PurRef instances open. Upon trying to recover them from autosaves, I discovered that only one of them autosaved. The other was lost and entirely blank even though I had created an initial .pur file for it.


PS - the reCAPTCHA feature on this forum makes it really hard to type a complete thought since it steals focus every 60 seconds or so.

Sorry to hear that you lost your work. We're not sure what might have gone wrong for you and there's not that much to go on. The auto saves are stored in temp, so it is possible that Windows cleared some of it during the restart? Did you get the option to restore both files and one was just empty or just one?

(We moved the captcha to under the post so that you click it after you've typed the message instead. Not sure why it grabs focus when timed out, but hopefully this makes it more of a natural flow.)
