PureRef Download Forum Support
When I start PureRef it opens like this on my Surface Pro 3 in a small region to the top left and wont let me move it or fill the screen. I hit Ctrl + F nothing happens I select Right mouse button to move and nothing happens.

I think it was working on windows 8.1 and started doing this on Windows 10 but I didn't use it much on 8.1 since I was just formatting it to 8.1 to upgrade to 10.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled 2 times. Version PureRef-1.7.1_x64.

Help would greatly be appreciated

This sounds like a bug, we have seen some issues with maximize on surfaces when rotating the screen from landscape to portrait but this sounds like something else.

Something you can try to do is to delete the settings file located under C:/Users/<username>/AppData/Roaming/PureRef.ini

Take a backup of it and, if it helps to remove it, maybe you can upload it for us so we can take a look?
Having the same issue using a regular desktop computer version 1.7.1 on Windows 7
