Topic: [Solved] "Toggle Bilinear Sampling" gets reset. (1.10.1)
I have a large PUREREF file which I store pixel art images in, so I've toggled off bilinear sampling on all of them (ALT+T).
Today I noticed all images were bilinear smoothed and had to select all images and toggle bilinear again to get them to display correctly.
I had just updated my PUREREF to v1.10.1 so I suspect updating is related.

What version of PureRef did you update from? And when you toggled it off again and saved, did it stay off when you reloaded the scene?
I was using the previous version - v1.10.0.
Yes, the setting is remembered per session, so no problem there. I can turn off bilinear (so images are crisp and unblurred), then close PureRef and re-open the same file with all the pixel art images and it's good to go.
Also - I just noticed the new version and updated. No problems - the bilinear setting is remembered after saving and closing.
Also Also - I tried opening a really old PureRef file with the new 1.10.2 version, toggled the bilinear flag on only one of many images in the file, then saved it. I got the "updating to 1.10.2 format, this may take longer than usual" message. I then closed the file and all other currently open PureRef files. Then re-opened the old one and the bilinear setting was correctly remembered.
So everything is working as intended for me now.
I guess the issue was just that opening a 1.10.0 version file with 1.10.1 defaulted the bilinear setting per image to being ON, making my tiny pixel art images blurry.
Before this month, I've never used PureRef for pixel art and so messed with the bilinear setting either.
Thank you for all the details, we hope we managed to solve it with 1.10.2, but let us know if it ever happens again!
