It would be great if we have some kind of support for navigation (pan, zoom in out, etc...) so I can use my pen tablet with it. For example, middle mouse to move inside Pureref and maybe hole Alt and move middle mouse for Zoom In or Out.

Thank you for the suggestion! You can currently zoom with a pen by holding the Z key and dragging the cursor left or right. You can also change and add shortcuts in settings to better suit your tablet setup. Additionally try experimenting with the Middle mouse behavior in settings under Window, Scroll wheel functionality and Trackpad gestures.
