The new drawing features such as line, ellipse and square are great but its really being held back just three stroke width options. Due to Pureref having infinite canvas size and infinite image scaling, it becomes difficult to made do with three stroke widths.

I would be nice if Pureref had a number field, where you could input a value between 1 and say 70, and thus have two commands to increase and decrease the stroke width. This is a very common feature found in many software's such as photoshop, illustrator, clip paint and so on.

I can understand though if this ship has sailed or its just not what the developers have in mind. In that case, would the developers consider providing 5 stroke width options? or maybe allow us to determine in the preferences, what size values are associated with "small", "medium" and "large"?

Thank you for continued dedication to this software, it keeps getting better and better

Thank you for the suggestion! Due to the auto scaling to the current zoom level this was the design we opted for to simplify the initial version of the tool but we'll keep your suggestion in mind as we continue improving the feature in future versions! We've gotten a few requests to disable the auto scaling altogether but for drawings that would then need a huge range of pen widths, so we're still considering which way would be best.
