add the ability to switch color to black and white, very helpful for artist to be able to switch to black and white to see forms, and i think the implementation shouldn't be that difficult and may later you can expand it to include more artistic and technical filters like edge detection, blue (to focus on big shapes and major colors ....)

Thank you for the suggestion! PureRef supports both single image grayscale with Alt+G or toggling grayscale for the entire canvas with Ctrl+Alt+G. Is that what you're looking for?

please check the other requests in the same post, adding blur and other filters on individual images and on the entire canvas, other filter for example would mosaic which can be helpful to sensor images that you dont want others to see maybe because its +18 or contain blood or whatever and make linked to a shortcut to turn it on and off quickly
