Thank you for the suggestion! This is a bug and we'll try to get it fixed for the next version of PureRef. It should be possible to use the same opacity change shortcut on drawings as on images.

I didn't know you could change the transparency on pictures. How to do it, what hotkeys are there for it?

You can adjust opacity by holding Ctrl+Shift+Alt and left click dragging left or right on an image. Read more here Adjust image opacity

We've just released a beta version of PureRef 2.1.0 that supports changing opacity on drawings and notes, please give it a try and let us know if it helps!
