Are there any plans to add the function of rotating the axis of the picture? At present, the rotating picture can only rotate along the center of the picture.
This is my compromise solution at present, but it is very troublesome. I hope to change the axis of rotation as easily as photoshop.

Thank you for the suggestion and the detailed video! This is not currently a feature we've planned but we'll note that this is something you would like to see in future versions.

There is another workaround that might help; first crop the image with C + left mouse button so that your pivot is in the center, rotate as you wish, then use Ctrl + Shift + C to reset the cropping.

Out of curiosity and so that we can understand the need a bit better, would you mind describing a bit more for what kind of use case you would use this feature?
