can the link-color be defined? because more or less a darker blue on a dark background is hard to read.
+ it would be nice if a link in comments could be clicked with ctrl-key too ...

Thanks for the suggestion! The comments dialog doesn't currently support editing rich text, but it supports html under the hood, so while it is not intended it seems that pasting html in it makes a link like this. We'll keep your feedback in mind as we continue to improve this feature.

We've just released a beta version of PureRef 2.1.0 which now supports the same rich text editing in the comment dialog as for notes.
