Please make it possible to duplication image using some modifier + mouse drag. For example, Cmd+drag and Ctrl+drag on Mac does nothing currently, it would be cool to automatically create image copy at drop point.
Thank you for the suggestion! How often do you make copies of images? And what type of images do you want to duplicate? In general we don't see that a lot of copies are used in PureRef, so it's not been something we've prioritized. Do you not want to do Ctrl+C and then Ctrl+V because it is less convenient or are you thinking it would work differently?
Ctrl-C/Ctrl-V is what I use currently, but it's three actions instead of one.

My scenario for such feature is moodboard for photoshoot:
1. Drop images with clothes and accessories
2. Drop images with reference photos
3. Now, to indicate which clothes to use for each reference, I create small clothes image copies next to corresponding reference photos.

Alternative "in-between" is dedicated "duplicate" command.
We've just released a beta version of PureRef 2.1.0 that has the shortcut Ctrl+D duplicate, please give it a try and let us know if it helps!
