Lock all drawn things, so they would not be accidently selected when I want to select a region of images
Same can be applied to notes
Otherwise I'm selecting 10 images and an arrow I drew before, but it wasn't my intention to do and I can't deselect it as CTRL+SHIFT doestnt work for deselectign

Thank you for the suggestion! It's not a perfect workaround but you can manually lock a drawing by selecting it and then pressing Alt+L. You can also deselect drawings by holding Shift and clicking on them.
