The sizes of the Text in a notes changes based on how zoomed out you are. I'll have a note with different sizes even though they all say they are size 16 just because I made one of them when I was zoomed out. This makes it hard to have notes with the same size. Can we have a universal font size that doesn't change just cause you're zoomed out please?

Thank you for the suggestion. We're aware this is a bit confusing, especially with the addition of font size settings in 2.0, but it is mostly intended for use internally in the note. Every item in PureRef has a scale value as well so the font size setting is essentially relative only. We're looking into ways to make this more intuitive in the future, until then you can either use the command "Reset transform" or "Normalize scale" to make all notes have the same scale value.
