Hi,
Would it be possible to add the ability to create a new .pur-File from the Windows Explorer "New"-menu? (Similar to text files, folders etc)
This would make creating new reference boards in specific folders much faster. Instead of having to open Pureref and navigating to the folder through the Save As window, you could simply Right Click > New > PureRef File at the chosen location.
This would be a (hopefully) simple way to speed up the workflow for people who need to create lots of reference boards in different folders.
Thanks!
Thank you for the suggestion! We'll make a note that this is something you would like to see in future versions.
Maybe another improvement could be to make PureRef work on empty files as well? So that you can create a new file, change the extension to .pur and then just double click that to open PureRef?
I agree! This could be a very useful feature, you could open the program where I have the collection of images that I want to manage with PureRef
We forgot to update this topic but we've made new files with the .pur extension work in the latest versions. There's still no shell integration but now you can at least make a new file and rename it to .pur and then double click it!
