2 features request ideas:

1: Line/arrow connections, (useful for creating a kind of nodes relations - mind map)

2: Image captions/notes. Description notes attached to the border of images)

EDIT: After all we can attach captions grouping images with text notes. But a double click at the bottom of the images to add a standardized fast caption maybe its still a good idea ?

Thank you for the suggestions! Regarding 2, if you have the image selected when creating a new note, the note will be attached to the image. If you want to attach an image after it was created you can edit parent/child relationships with the Hierarchy view by drag & drop. You can read more here: https://www.pureref.com/handbook/features/#attachparent-note-to-imagenote
I would use the node connections feature as well.

Connections between texts, images, drawings.

Suggested hotkey to make a connection: Press Ctrl while hovering the mouse over the start element. Release Ctrl when mouse is over the end element. Connect both elements, Start -> End.
One element can be connected to multiple elements.

If Ctrl hotkey is already taken, use Tab, Z or other.

I'm also extremely interested by a node connections features as well, with a text attach/parent possibility on the node itself.

To be honest, it's one of the two only features that make me switch between PureRef and Miro.
(The second being a post-it alternative for notes)

Love your app regardless, keep it up <3
