I use groups not so much to move them as to visually distinguish groups of pictures. Disabling group selection by Alt+L.
It would be more convenient for me if Alt+L lock for groups could be activated not only by hotkey but also by button.

Thank you for the suggestion! It could be a bit confusing since pressing that button would make it disappear, but we'll think about it and see if there's a way to make it more clear.
