Hi! I'm a concept artist for games and I think Pureref is one of the greatest pieces of software I've used.. ever. However, I think the Note feature could use some polish to open it even more to other types of users like worldbuilders and writers.

I've been using Final Draft for text notes since it has these features in its Beat Board section. If they were in PureRef it'd be super amazing.

- Text wrapping
- Each text box/beat has a Title + Body
- Color Presets for the Text/Background colors. (on PureRef these can float on the Select Color Window)
- Hotkeys to bold, underline, italicize text

Some features I'd love to see implemented in PureRef myself include..

- Customizable Text Defaults/Presets (Text fonts, Text sizes, colors, background colors, box size)
- Automatic list continuation (if i type a "-" then Return it'll automatically place a - on the new line--same with numbers, bullets, Tab indentations, etc)
- Toggle between how note boxes act now and fixed size with text wrapping if people want the current way for quick notes.
- Support for importing .doc, .txt, other text type files
- Drawable free lines, staight arrows, straight lines for flowcharts/

Hello. I would like to add my vote for the Text Wrapping feature. I know that one of my uses of the application is a bit out of the ordinary. But the application is excellent for this as well. http://imgway.cz/m/Gvc.jpg I use it also to take notes while watching TV documentaries and videos. And it's almost great considering the main purpose of the application. : D

I would like to suggest Text Wrapping, a hotkey to activate the last selected note (instead of precisely hitting the edge), the ability to turn off (somehow suppress) the annoying white flicker of the position in the text.

To a colleague above:
Markdown support would be simpler and probably more practical. And an excellent basis for possible similar uses and development.
Rather than import, I would appreciate export. ;)

Thanks so much for everything!
@singularita I agree 100%! I'm doing research for some projects right now but I get turned off from typing notes into Pureref and would rather do it in something like notion/notepad/google docs/final draft.. hence my request for importing. exporting would be amazing as well--I can imagine selecting a group of text notes, and then exporting them as a multipage doc/pdf or as individual text files. I'm familiar with markdown, so if that's simpler, then I'm all for it.

Would love to hear more ideas!
