Dear PurRef Team,

Thank you for your awesome Product (and latest high DPI update!).

I'm often shooting reference on my iPhone and transfer it to my Windows machine via the cloud and end up with .heic format images.

Is there a possibility for support for those image types in the near future?

Thank you in advance,
Felix

Oh never mind! I fixed it on my end by uploading the files as NON LIVE PHOTO.
Then the files are saved as .JPGs :)

Glad to hear you found a solution! We're always looking into adding support for more image formats though so we'll see what we can do for future versions of PureRef. :)
Awesome, thank you!
Hi PureRef team,

my case is like Felix's, I take .heic photos on my Samsung Galaxy and they get automatically uploaded to OneDrive so I can easily download them on Windows 10 Photos app.
I use .heic format to save cloud storage space, so, I end up needing to convert the images in an image editor to send them to PureRef.

This is not a complain, I can keep this workflow without any problems. But it'd be nice and faster if PureRef supported .heic files.

Do you have any plans on supporting .heic in the future?

Thank you so much for this amazing software! :D

We've just released a beta of PureRef 2.0 that adds support the .heic format! You can download it on the download page if you want to give it a go.
