Hi guys, I think I know what he means. I'm using a Retina Macbook Pro 15 inch and PureRef (wonderful by the way!) is pixel doubling rather than using the resolution of the retina display. So the pics look great in chrome or photoshop for example, and then you drag or paste them to PureRef and it goes crunchy.

On mac and i think perhaps also on windows, there is no HDPI support. This means it looks a bit pixelated. Also on OSX when we check app info, "Use low res mode" is greyed out. Sometimes you can fix this by adding
<string>NSApplication</string>
<key>NSHighResolutionCapable</key>
<true/>
<key>NSSupportsAutomaticGraphicsSwitching</key>
<true/>
to the Plist, i tried but didnt help in this case.
I hope new version will have this option
