Hi there.

How I can create or start creating a simple tool for when I do a screen capture using (in my case) ShareX it goes automatically into an open PureRef project?

This is kind of possible already, though you may have to define a command, known as "Task" or "Workflow" on ShareX side:
- On the side bar of the main ShareX window , click on Hotkey Settings...
- On the "ShareX - Hotkey settings" window that opens, define a new task or edit a existing one, by clicking on the gear icon
- On the "ShareX - Task settings" window, tick the "Override after capture tasks" and select "Copy file to clipboard"

Now when you capture a image with this ShareX "task", it will place a copy of the image on your clipboard, when you return to PureRef simply press "control" and "v" to paste it into the scene.

Depending on how you define the ShareX task, you could also make this work with gif recordings.

ShareX also lets you assign a "global" hotkey to its tasks, so its possible to trigger the task when PureRef is active
