Hi,

I run PureRef 1.10.4 on WIndows 10 and can't drag and drop images between PureRef instances. Is this normal and the intended behaviour?

Correct, it is currently not possible as it would conflict with the ability to move images outside the viewport. However this is something that has come up before and we have made a note to look into it in the future. As a workaround you should be able to copy & paste the images you want to move over instead.
