Open Files Directory - > like autosave Recovery

After a few months i'm REALLY liking the autosave recovery
so much so that i actually prefer to use it to open files
->
I keep the autosave recovery dialog open and i click the file i need, rather than going to search it in my file explorer.

Needless to say doing this with unsaved files is kind of silly of me, so i would propose a menu that does this by default

------------------------------------------------------------------------

-Order by Alphabet or recently opened (or maybe other options like size or date)
-shows if an autosave is available for this file with an icon or maybe differently colored font
-Button for "Restore" but also for "complete save " (without opening)
-should at LEAST have a scrollable layout with 60 entries ( functionally should be unlimited?)

if files are moved, and the link gets broken u should be able to remove it from the list

i cant test it out now but there are a few things that are important

Alphabetical order option (toggle between most recent? )
unlimited (or +200 entries?)

and as i clarified in the OP u need to be able to complete the save without needing to open it (and it should show if there is an autosave available)

Thank you for the suggestion! We've recently released a beta version of PureRef 2.1.0 that includes a recent files widget on the start screen of PureRef, have you given it a go? And if so, is it kind of what you're looking for or does it miss some feature?
