Topic: [Solved] Auto-rotated image
I just downloaded PureRef after hearing such great things about it, and it's working very well. I use it for going over my hand-drawn images to put them in a digital format, but it doesn't work with all of the photos. I'm not entirely sure if it's because the images are huge from taking them with my phone or if it's a bug, but I've tried rotating the images in something else and it still opens them sideways or upside down. Some landscape-oriented photos open just fine, while others open upside down, and all the portrait-oriented photos have been opening rotated left. So far it seems to be only with photos, which are saved as .jpegs, and not anything else that I've tried.

Is it only the rotation that is the problem or does some of them not load at all?
Does the images that are rotated wrong open correctly in other programs? Could you upload some example for us to try with?
Ah, I see the problem. For a long time I've been using an older version of Photoshop in which they weren't rotated strangely, but in loading them in other programs they're rotated because that's how they're "supposed" to be rotated due to taking them with my iPhone. So it's a problem that I'll have to fix with the photos, not with PureRef.
